These terms apply to all bookings made with Nexa Travel Services. By confirming a booking you agree to them.
All quotes are fixed and include the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, tolls, congestion charges, airport parking and gratuity, unless stated otherwise. Changes you request, such as extra stops, route changes or additional waiting, may be charged.
A booking is confirmed once you have accepted our quote and received written confirmation from us. Please check all journey details carefully and tell us of any errors straight away.
For airport pickups, complimentary waiting is included from the time your flight lands. For other pickups, the chauffeur will wait 15 minutes free of charge, after which waiting time may be charged.
Bookings can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, may be charged in full.
Passenger numbers and luggage must not exceed the vehicle’s stated capacity. Smoking, vaping and the consumption of illegal substances are not permitted in our vehicles. Cleaning charges may apply for soiling or damage.
We will always do our best to arrive on time but are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as traffic, weather or road closures. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
