For airport pickups, waiting time is included from the moment your flight lands, so you have time for passport control and baggage. For other pickups, your chauffeur waits 15 minutes at no charge.
Yes. Every Nexa quote is a fixed, all-inclusive fare covering the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, tolls, congestion charges, airport parking and gratuity. The only extras are changes you request, such as additional stops or extended waiting.
Yes. Changes and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before pickup. Simply reply to your confirmation email or contact our reservations team.
Yes. Infant, child and booster seats are available on request at no extra charge. Let us know the ages of the children travelling when you request your quote.
